Kevin Frisch joined Triangle as a Managing Director in January 2009 after working at Lehman Brothers for approximately 10 years and serving at both JP Morgan (Chemical Securities) and Oppenheimer & Co prior to that. While at Lehman Brothers, Kevin was the Head of Middle Market Investment Banking Coverage for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and parts of the Midwest. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a Senior Vice President in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers. Kevin's transaction and industry experience is broad-based with an emphasis in the Industrial and Services (Capital Goods, Transportation & Logistics, Business Services, Aerospace and Defense, Chemicals, Engineering and Construction, Electrical Equipment, Electronic Components, Distribution, Building Products and Automotive), Consumer and Technology areas. Kevin has also executed deals in the areas of Media, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure.

Kevin's expertise includes advising both public and private companies on buy and sell-side transactions, joint ventures, mergers of equals, leveraged buy-outs, and going private transactions. He also has extensive experience in takeover/defense assignments. In addition to his advisory work, he has also helped private and public companies raise capital through High Yield and Investment Grade Debt Offerings as well as Common Equity and Hybrid Securities.

Kevin's Wall Street career includes assignments for Honeywell, Cooper Industries, Newell Rubbermaid, Fleetwood, National RV, URS, Orbital Sciences, Vought, Cargo Holdings, iPCS, Motorola, Hollywood Park, Stuart Entertainment, Premier Parks/Six Flags, The Carlyle Group, Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, and Babson Capital (Mass Mutual).

Kevin received a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He resides in New York City with his wife Kimberly and son Aidan.
